Sus Hijas

Sewing and Jewelry Group

Tuesday's 8:30 am - 11:30 am

House of Neighborly Service Sewing group was born when a few creative and determined women found six old sewing machines in an HNS closet.

From that point forward, men and women from the community crafted handbags, eyeglass cases' and bible covers. In that process, Sus Hijas created a strong and loyal fellowship and the program grew to include; necklaces, bracelets, rings and pendants.

Sus Hijas sells the crafts at community events with the proceeds being reinvested in the community. Please call (210) 434-2301 for more information on joining Sus Hijas or purchasing one-of-a-kind item.
